Gem Victorian coin op spirometer lung tester * works * 1885

Selling this scarce and desirable late 1800s lung tester. Drop a penny in the slot to reset the pointer, then BLOW as hard as you can into the tube. The meter shows your lung strength. Works great. All original. Not many of these around as they were shown to help spread tuberculosis! So most were destroyed for health safety reasons.
